Sip some herbal tea before bed to have a deep and peaceful slumber: our Deep Sleep blend is a mix of mugwort, lemon balm, bee balm, peppermint, vervain, calendula, and orange peel and crafted to promote relaxation and calmness.
Set contains: a packet of herbal tea, 3 honey packets, herb spoon, and gemstone tea infuser.
Directions: steep 1 teaspoon into 6 oz of water and add honey to taste. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Our tea blends are handcrafted and processed in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
